Relaxation Massage Therapy
(Continue scrolling for Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Thai, Cupping, Lymphatic and Reiki) The perfect massage to help you unwind. Our therapist will use soft, flowing strokes to allow you to decompress and destress.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage targets tension in muscles that lie deeper below the body's surface. Firm pressure and slow strokes are used to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia (connective tissue that surrounds your muscles).
Cupping
This ancient practice utilizes a suction to help reduce pain and inflammation and to promote blood flow, relaxation and well being. This is considered part of a deep tissue massage.
Thai Massage
Thai Massage gets you off the massage table. It is performed on a traditional Thai mat. Thai combines acupressure and assisted yoga postures. It feels so amazing but it also reduces stress, relieves muscle and joint pain, and increases mobility. Our certified Thai therapists will guide you through the process. No yoga experience is necessary. Wear comfortable, yoga style clothes. Just book and let your therapist do the rest!
Lymphatic Massage
Manual lymphatic drainage encourages the drainage of the lymph, which carries waste and treats lymphedema.
Prenatal Massage
The perfect massage for the pregnant person. This massage reduces swelling, imporoves sleep and increases comfort. We perform prenatal massage in the second and third trimester.
Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy.
In-Home Massage

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on healing practice rooted in the Osteopathic medical tradition, developed by Dr. Andrew Still and his student Dr. William Sutherland. Sutherland discovered that the bones of the skull, once thought to be immobile, actually allow for subtle movement he called "primary respiration"-a rhythmic, wave-like motion through the cranial bones, spine, and sacrum, This movement helps circulate cerebrospinal fluid, nourishing the brain and spinal cord while removing waste. During a session, clients remain fully clothed while the practitioner uses light, attuned touch to "listen" to the body's rhythms and detect areas of restriction or imbalance. This sensitive contact supports the body's innate healing processes, often bringing relief from stress, pain, and tension, while fostering a deep sense of embodiment, balance, and well-being.
